Where Innovative Research Meets Caring Support

Changing Lives Through Research
We’re committed to fostering the innovative and collaborative research that will shape the future of cancer treatment. With a bench-to-bedside-and-back-again philosophy, we’ve established a pipeline that translates laboratory discovery into treatment options.

Transforming Cancer Surgery
Tulane has emerged as a leader with MAGIC-SCAN, a new project that aims to create a machine-learning-assisted imaging system capable of identifying even the tiniest remnant of cancer during surgery. This game-changing research was recently awarded a Biden Cancer Moonshot award through the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health.

Patient-Centered Care
Our multidisciplinary philosophy brings together a team of experts to customize treatment plans specifically tailored for each patient as well as the support and services they need. Access to investigational approaches through our clinical research further allows patients to navigate their cancer journeys with resilience and hope.

Growing Our Reach
Our clinical partnership with LCMC Health allows us to reach out further than ever before in providing superior academic cancer care to an expanding community. And through our continuing partnership with the Louisiana Cancer Research Center, our basic science researchers and physician-scientists continue to investigate and collaborate while making meaningful contributions to the global fight against cancer.
